Caterpillar Run

You will need: no equipment

• Divide the class into teams of 4-6.
• Create a starting line on one side of the playing area.
• To move the line the person at the back must run to the front and join the front of the line.
• Only one person can move at a time.
• When the team member reaches the front of the line the person who is now at the back can run to the front.
• Repeat until teams reaches the finish line - the other side of the playing area.
